Overview
Reminder Emails contain options for the frequency and types of reminders to send:
Usage
Options within Reminder Emails | Description |
---|---|
Send alerts this number of days prior to due date | This setting allows the Administrator to enter the number of days before the due date that the reminder email should be sent. |
Interval between email reminders (days) | Reminder emails can be repeatedly sent for open tasks, training, and signoff until the user completes them. This setting allows the administrator to enter the interval in days between reminder emails. |
Include Signatory on email reminders for overdue signoff | If enabled, reminder emails sent to inform users of overdue signoffs will include the user's signatory. This option is enabled by default. |
Send email reminders for overdue Tasks on Projects | If enabled, reminder emails will be sent nightly to users assigned to a Project task that is overdue. This option is enabled by default. |
Send email reminders for overdue Tasks on Change Orders | If enabled, reminder emails will be sent to users assigned to a Change task that is overdue. This option is enabled by default. |
Send email reminders for overdue Tasks on Quality objects | If enabled, reminder emails will be sent nightly to users assigned to a Quality task that is overdue. This option is enabled by default. |
Send email reminders for overdue Tasks on Training objects | If enabled, reminder emails will be sent nightly to users assigned to a Training task that is overdue. This option is enabled by default. |
Send email reminders for overdue Training | If enabled, reminder emails will be sent nightly to users with overdue training events assigned to them. A training event becomes overdue Send email reminders for overdue Training when it's due date has passed and the training is not yet complete. This option is enabled by default. |
Send email reminders for overdue Item Signoff | If enabled, reminder emails will be sent each night to users when their approval is required. Reminder emails are sent when the signoff stage becomes active and will continue until the user has approved or rejected the approval request. This option is enabled by default. |
Send email reminders for overdue Change Order Signoff | If enabled, reminder emails will be sent each night to users when their approval is required. Reminder emails are sent when the signoff stage becomes active and will continue until the user has approved or rejected the approval request. This option is enabled by default. |
Send email reminders for overdue Quality object Signoff | If enabled, reminder emails will be sent each night to users when their approval is required. Reminder emails are sent when the signoff stage becomes active and will continue until the user has approved or rejected the approval request. This option is enabled by default. |
Send email reminders for overdue BOM Routing Signoff | If enabled, reminder emails will be sent each night to users when their approval is required. Reminder emails are sent when the signoff stage becomes active and will continue until the user has approved or rejected the approval request. This option is enabled by default. |
