BOM Routing Options
Overview
You can set some rules for BOM Routing in BOM Routing Options > Options.
Operation Options
There are three settings:
- Default operation name prefix
- Default start number
- Default increment
When you add a new operation in BOM Routing, Empower Desktop, its name will be [prefix][start number] automatically.
When you add the Nth operation, its name will be [prefix][start number + increment*(N-1)] automatically.

Sequence Options
Sequence Options works the same as Operation Options.
Ignore BOM Items
Click the Add Rule button to invoke the Add Ignore Rule panel.
When you assign BOM items to an operation, BOMs which conform to these ignore rules will not appear in Available BOM area.
Sub-Assembly Rules
There are two options:
- Include All
- Ignore All
If it is set as Include All, Available BOMs with sub BOMs can be expanded.
If it is set as Ignore All, Available BOMs with sub BOMs can't be expanded.
