Miscellaneous Change/ECO Options

Overview

You can define default type, rules of adding affected items and affected item rollup rules in Empower Administrator > Change/ECO Options > Miscellaneous.

Default Type

When a new change is created, its type will be what you set.

These types are from Change/ECO Options > Types.

Click the Save button to save changes.

Adding Affected Items

You can define some rules to prevent the addition of affected items to a change.

Each rule has three options:

• If item is already on pending Change/ECO
  • Allow on other Changes/ECOs
  • Do not allow on other Changes/ECOs
  • Warn When on other Changes/ECOs
• When adding pending items
  • Allow on Changes/ECOs
  • Do not allow on Changes/ECOs
  • Warn when pending
• When adding draft items
  • Allow on Changes/ECOs
  • Do not allow on Changes/ECOs
  • Warn when draft Click the Save button to save changes.

Affected Item Rollup Rules

Click the Add toolbar button or Add Rule bottom button to invoke the Add Rollup Rule dialog.

You can choose the field from dropdown field and input the value.

Click the Apply or Add to add the new rule.

Click the Save button to save changes.
