Orphan Files

Orphan Files are those that are stored on your Empower server but are not associated with any Empower Objects. To locate and remove these files:

1. Go to Empower Administrator and select Page Search from the left navigation menu.
2. Type in "Document Storage Options" in the search box.
3. On the next Screen, paint brush icons show where orphan files are located.
4. Select the paint brush to identify all orphan files. Select those you would like to delete and confirm your choice.
