Upgrading to v8.5 or Higher

To upgrade to Empower 8.5 or higher, administrators need to make the following changes in order to their current system configuration files:

SQL Server: Upgrade to version 2019 or above.
Config Server Page: The password on this page will be reset during the upgrade. Please contact our Customer Success Team to change it.
Immediately after upgrading to 8.5, update the <dependentAssembly> section of your web.config file for Newtonsoft.Json as follows:
